Subdivisions can be complex and there are often questions from the landowner that can promptly be answered by our Planning Commission before the application and payment even takes place. Feel free to attend and get your subdivision questions answered. The Planning Commission meets monthly, on the 3rd Monday of every month at 7:30 pm.

Refer to the township fee schedule for current application cost. The payment covers the cost of review by the township engineer and sewage enforcement officer. Other fees charged by the Beaver County Planning Commission and Recorder of Deeds is additional and will require a separate payment to the respective office.
